How to debug the AIRTAC cylinder?

1. When debugging the cylinder, the throttle valve should be gradually opened from the fully closed state, and slowly opened from the low speed. The driving speed of the cylinder is adjusted to the required speed.

2. There are generally two ways to install a throttle valve: exhaust throttling and air intake throttling. The exhaust throttling method is mostly used in pneumatic systems, because the exhaust throttling can cause the cylinder to generate back pressure during operation, making the cylinder's traveling speed or its speed adjustment more stable, and it can avoid sudden changes in the piston rod during startup. Push forward quickly and hit the cylinder head.

When debugging a cylinder with a buffer, the buffer valve installed on the cylinder head should be readjusted from small to large according to the load and speed until the cylinder does not bounce back. Pay attention to the adjustment process. Do not use force to adjust the buffer, otherwise there will be poor buffering or the piston will damage the seal at high speed.
