1. Instantaneous energization of double control valves , Ventilation
Conventional double electric (gas) control valves have a memory function (except three-position valves). In the case of instantaneous energization, the energization time should be more than 0.1s. Make sure the valve is reversed.
2. Use of the minimum oxygen supply pressure
For internal pilot valves, the minimum operating pressure requirements must be considered. Direct-acting or external pilot valves are not subject to the minimum operating pressure limit. .
3. Use under vacuum conditions
If the AIRTAC valve is used for vacuum switching, measures should be taken to prevent dust from being sucked in from the suction cup, and under vacuum conditions Direct-acting or external pilot-operated directional valves should be used.
